Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with our strategic customers, turning process orchestration visions into measurable business value. You’ll work closely with customers from day one, navigating technical challenges and ensuring successful adoption of our platform at scale.

You’ll guide adoption plans, provide hands-on guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams to accelerate outcomes. The role offers remote flexibility and potential on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as TAM or comparable role in enterprise software.
• Hands-on with Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of modern solution architectures and DevOps (Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers.
• Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans.
• Deliver hands-on technical guidance and advisory services to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove execution risks with platform health checks and escalation management.
• Foster collaboration with Camunda teams to drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Spend time on-site with accounts up to 50% during busy periods.
