Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with our strategic customers, helping them translate process orchestration into measurable business value. You’ll guide adoption, provide expert technical advice, and ensure smooth platform usage at scale in a remote, global team.

You’ll build trusted relationships, collaborate with multiple Camunda units, and drive outcomes by aligning technical plans with business goals—often traveling for key milestones.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of TAM or equivalent in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers.
• Lead customers through all stages of Camunda adoption journey and tailor success plans.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to stakeholders.
• Identify and remove execution risks with platform health checks and escalation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams to drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Spend time on-site with accounts for milestone reviews and strategic initiatives (up to 50%).
