Job summary

Airbyte is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to elevate customer success for enterprise clients within its data infrastructure platform. You will own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success, collaborating with GTM, Product, and Engineering to refine outcomes for customers.

In this remote role spanning East Coast Time, you’ll guide Kubernetes deployments, data integration challenges, and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and durable partnerships with Airbyte.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, solutions architect, or consultancy.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• 2+ years in a startup environment with data infrastructure exposure.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects including deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive onboarding and growth.
• Advise customers on integrating AI-based tooling into data infrastructure.
