The role emphasizes Kubernetes troubleshooting, data movement expertise, and integrating AI tooling into client stacks. You will work with enterprise customers, collaborate across GTM, Product, and Engineering, and advocate for customer success while driving adoption of Airbyte

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production environments.
• 2+ years in a startup environment in data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
• Strong customer orientation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects, including deployment of Airbyte solutions.
• Guide customers through their journey with hands-on support when needed.
• Troubleshoot production Kubernetes workloads, networking, storage, and resources.
• Troubleshoot database replication and data movement issues.
• Advise on integrating LLM-based tooling into data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and surface customer needs.
• Influence roadmap with Product and Engineering based on customer feedback.
