Job summary

EDB is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for US to manage post-sales relationships with large accounts adopting Postgres and AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding architecture, troubleshooting, and deployment while ensuring customers become references for EDB’s technologies.

You will liaise with senior technical leaders, drive value from Postgres investments, and help document best practices.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience with major relational databases.
• Advanced technical skills in data management platforms, operating systems, cloud technologies, and technical architecture.
• Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a close working relationship with the customer's senior technical leadership and become their trusted advisor.
• Help EDB customers maximize the value of their Postgres investment.
• Assist customers to develop and deploy Postgres strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for customers' Postgres initiatives (solutions consulting, architecture guidance, and project management).
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the EDB product line.
• Provide feedback to product management based on customer requirements.
• Document best practices for deploying EDB solutions.
• Act as a front-line technical resource for best practices and customer questions.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
