• Experience selling to CTOs, CPOs, and other technical executives.
• Comfort translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience at both early-stage startups and larger companies with scaled Customer Success.

• Own Customer Health & Retention and drive north-star metrics for customers in production.
• Identify and unlock expansion opportunities by ensuring customers fully utilize the product.
• Propose solutions and drive expansion with Metriport’s customers and cross-functional teams.
