Job summary

EmAGI seeks a Technical Account Manager for its medical data exchange platform in San Francisco. You will own retention for customers, monitor how each account uses the platform, and spot features they are not yet using, turning proven value into expansion.

You’ll work with the chief of staff, a founding engineer and the customer success team, reading API documentation and explaining it to non-technical people to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience reading API documentation and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to retain customers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Strong collaboration with CS, engineering and leadership to drive success.
