Job summary

Dataiku, the Platform for AI Success, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a senior architect for a small set of strategic clients. You will balance deep technical work with client leadership, guiding deployment, operations, and governance of Dataiku across multi-vendor environments.

You will align with Customer Success teams, own architecture guidance, and help scale Field Engineering through robust documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong Linux system administration and networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure and GCP; Kubernetes expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team and customers to identify priorities and define the engagement plan.
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customer; provide status updates and mitigate risks.
• Centralize technical information about clients and contribute to account strategy with the team.
• Contribute to growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through documentation and process improvements.
• Advise client tech leaders on Dataiku architecture, security, data management, and ML-Ops best practices.
