Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Sr Technical Account Manager for the East United States to lead strategic client engagements, shepherd architecture decisions, and ensure successful deployment and operation of the Dataiku platform across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and R&D to resolve complex issues, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable business value for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer facing technical role
• Strong Linux system administration experience
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM)
• Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Kubernetes ecosystem setup, admin, troubleshooting, tuning
• Hadoop/Spark for setup, administration, troubleshooting, tuning

Responsibilities

• Work with Customer Success to identify priorities and define engagement plans
• Manage milestones with Customer Success Manager and customers; provide status updates
• Centralize technical client information and contribute to account strategy
• Contribute to growth and scaling of Field Engineering via documentation and process improvements
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, security, data management, and ML-Ops
• Help clients troubleshoot product deployments and configure integrations
• Advise on new companion technologies and tech strategies around Dataiku
• Support innovative Dataiku approaches (edge computing, AI, etc.)
