Job summary

Treasure AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to deliver advanced platform expertise and implementation support for enterprise customers and partners in Mountain View. You will guide data connectivity, ingestion, solution architecture, and best practices across AI-native tooling to accelerate value realization.

The role is hands-on and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation, and ongoing customer adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
• Strong data connectivity, ingestion, and data engineering skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling, SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with AdTech/MarTech ecosystems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical authority for Treasure AI platform and be the escalation point.
• Guide solution design, data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Lead deep-dives and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and partners.
• Monitor and optimize customer environments; identify enhancement opportunities.
• Create technical docs, architecture guides, and best practice recommendations.
• Drive platform adoption and ensure successful implementation of complex use cases.
• Provide technical leadership in partner/customer implementations and maintain architecture integrity.
• Deliver regular technical status updates and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Stay current with platform features and advise on new functionality.
