Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work.
• Demonstrated expertise in the AI industry including monetization models and technical challenges.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a gold standard experience to assigned accounts' key stakeholders.
• Foster long-term user relationships with loyalty to Stripe.
• Lead user-facing meetings and collaborate on support offering.
