Job summary

AssureCare LLC seeks a Principal Writer / Technical Writer to own RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and long-form content like whitepapers and case studies that establish credibility with health plans and pharmacy organizations.

You will lead pursuits from intake to submission, collaborating with Sales, Product, Technical and Security, Clinical, Legal, Finance and Marketing to tailor responses and ensure accuracy across complex healthcare solicitations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional writing in B2B healthcare including RFPs and proposals.
• 3+ years in healthcare technology, payer, pharmacy or state procurement.
• Ability to write technical and security content with SMEs.
• Portfolio of proposals, whitepapers and long-form content.
• Familiar with HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST and security questionnaires.
• Experience with proposal management tools and knowledge bases.
• Clear, persuasive executive summaries and staffing plans.
• Comfort turning pricing models into plain language.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end pursuit management from intake to submission.
• Draft, edit and submit responses across multiple concurrent pursuits.
• Coordinate SMEs, reviews and color-team evaluations.
• Write on platform sections: integrations, architecture, security, privacy and compliance.
• Tailor content to health plan, pharmacy and government evaluators.
• Turn pricing into plain language and align with policy.
• Build and maintain library of approved answers and templates.
• Track pursuits in HubSpot and report metrics.
• Draft bylines, articles and product overviews.
