You will draft proposal-ready materials and collaborate with a proposal writer or senior writer to produce compelling submissions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal development or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated creative and business writing skills.
• PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.
• Verbal and written communication skills to complete Requests for Proposals, coordinates activities with many departments, and incorporates layman’s terms in the proposal.
• Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate writing and coordinate activities for the RFP process to ensure high-quality service in line with company policies.
• Coordinate projects with support from a proposal writer or senior proposal writer and ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Draft proposal-ready response materials to be used as reference for future proposals or internal requests.
