Job summary

ServiceNow in Texas seeks a Principal Solution Architect to consult on Technology Workflow implementations and accelerate customer outcomes. You will lead architectural guidance, engage with senior stakeholders, and design scalable solutions that align with best practices and product capabilities.

In this role you’ll support pre-sales, run workshops, and travel up to 50% to customer sites or events, mentoring delivery teams and advancing adoption of Workflow solutions across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or configuration experience with complex technologies
• 5+ years of consulting or configuration experience with the ServiceNow Technology Workflow solution suite
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator and at least 2 Implementer certifications (ITSM, ITOM)
• Desire for Certified Technical Architect within 365 days
• Ability to work with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities including presentations and scoping
• Lead engagement teams for customer outcomes and governance best practices
• Interact with CXO-level stakeholders on implementation roadmaps
• Design solutions using Technology Workflow and publish use cases
• Lead learning events and mentor team members
