Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services to the largest life insurance, group benefits and retirement providers. You will gain exposure to digital transformation, platform configuration, APIs, and data migration across the insurance value chain.

You will lead delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with architecture and regulatory requirements while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience with policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product config, new business, policy admin, servicing, claims.
• Program/project management in onshore/offshore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Experience with APIs, integration, data migration.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with presenting to executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and implementation across stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and regulatory needs.
• Monitor health and delivery performance; drive risk mitigation.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams for quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with updates and insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe practices in delivery, testing, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
