Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud, or related roles.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement with a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, from kickoff to close.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence to guide decisions.
- Partner with technology leaders to translate needs into hiring strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain hiring velocity.
- Measure outcomes and continuously improve TA processes and tools.
