Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for critical technology roles.
You will partner with Technology leaders to translate complex requirements into strategic hiring plans and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. You will source, assess, and close top tech talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business goals in a fast-growing retail tech
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technology roles
- Proven success recruiting software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, or related tech
- Strong ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence hiring strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for critical technical roles
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and market intelligence for tech hires
- Partner with technology leaders to translate needs into recruiting strategies
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and transparent communication throughout the process
