Job summary

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company hiring a Talent Acquisition specialist for a hybrid role in Seattle, WA. This 6‑month contract may extend to 18 months with potential conversion based on performance and business need.

The role requires 6+ years of high‑volume talent acquisition experience and the ability to manage senior leaders. You will own the hiring strategy, source diverse candidates, and uphold Anduril's branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high‑volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent.
• 3+ years of experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on talent strategies
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Seattle, WA office

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with effective communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager decisions to achieve offers.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Drive diverse talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Represent the company’s brand and recruiting team internally and externally at a high caliber.
• Collaborate with internal partners to optimize hiring practices and selling of the value proposition.
