Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruiting across software, hardware, and product management.
• Strong knowledge of the US West Coast technology markets, particularly San Diego.
• Experience with executive search and senior leadership recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex technology and product roles.
• Provide market intelligence and candidate landscape insight to shape hiring strategies.
• Lead proactive sourcing for passive technology talent across software, platform, hardware, and product management.
• Manage senior leadership recruitment with executives and People Partners to deliver Director-level hires.
