Qualifikationen

• Deep experience recruiting senior product, technology and specialist talent.
• Strong knowledge of North American talent markets, esp. USA West Coast and CA tech communities.
• Experience coaching or managing recruiters across multiple locations.
• Executive search experience is highly beneficial.
