Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong organizational design expertise.
• Experience leading or supporting organizational transformation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into root-cause solutions.
• Strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making.
• Experience using workforce data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategies aligned with business priorities for software engineering teams.
• Lead workforce planning to anticipate capability needs and organizational shifts.
• Design organizational effectiveness initiatives to improve performance and engagement.
• Support large-scale transformation and change management.
