Job summary

Airwallex in San Francisco is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner who owns the roadmap for technical recruiting. You’ll partner with senior technology leaders, shape hiring strategy, and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring-team experience.

You’ll design sourcing for niche, senior-level roles, own the lifecycle from outreach to offers, and use market insights to raise hiring quality across a global team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in an in-house recruiting environment.
• Deep expertise recruiting for technology, engineering, or other highly technical roles.
• A track record of hiring strong technical talent across levels, from entry-level through Director.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior technology leaders on hiring strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience engaging niche and senior-level candidates.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
• The ability to work in a scaling environment while maintaining accuracy, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders to define hiring needs, align on priorities, and shape talent strategies for Airwallex's technology teams.
• Attract exceptional technical talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and candidate assessment through stakeholder alignment and offer, while delivering a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
• Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and pipeline data to influence decisions, improve hiring efficiency, and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Strengthen hiring quality by supporting interviewer calibration, sharing recruiting best practices, and helping build Airwallex's employer brand.
