Job summary

Airwallex is growing its technology teams, and this Talent Acquisition role will shape hiring strategy across global tech groups. You’ll partner with senior leaders, design creative sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, and guide the end-to-end process from outreach to offer.

You’ll work from the San Francisco office three days a week, collaborating with a global team across time zones and helping build an employer brand that attracts top-tier engineering, data, and fintech talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house.
• Deep expertise recruiting for technology, engineering, or other highly technical roles.
• A track record of hiring strong technical talent across levels, from entry-level through Director.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior technology leaders on hiring strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience engaging niche and senior-level candidates.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
• The ability to work in a scaling environment while maintaining accuracy, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and candidate assessment through stakeholder alignment and offer.
• Partner with senior technology leaders to define hiring needs, align on priorities, and shape talent strategies for Airwallex's technology teams.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and pipeline data to influence decisions, improve hiring efficiency, and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Strengthen hiring quality by supporting interviewer calibration, sharing recruiting best practices, and helping build Airwallex's employer brand.
