Job summary

Legora is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across Growth teams in North America, partnering with senior leaders who are invested in recruiting to drive Legora's growth. You will own full-cycle recruitment, shape Talent operations beyond hiring, build proactive pipelines for current and future needs, and run structured, data-informed processes that balance quality, pace, and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• Proven track record hiring sales and go-to-market talent.
• Genuine commercial acumen; understands OTE structures and revenue impact.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Growth teams in North America, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and high standards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer, representing Legora credibly.
