CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner in the Chicago area.

You will build proactive, diverse talent pipelines for high-impact, hard-to-fill roles and act as a market expert, conducting advanced sourcing, candidate engagement, and data-driven pipeline management. The role emphasizes direct outreach, research-driven strategies, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align with business needs while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of sourcing, talent intelligence, and/or executive search experience in fast-paced environments.
Experience supporting technology, product, sales, go-to-market, corporate functions, or other complex business areas.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Development across assigned business areas.
Engage passive talent via advanced channels, market research, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen and assess candidates for role fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and pipeline data in ATS/sourcing systems.
Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and talent availability to TA partners and hiring leaders.
Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
