Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing or talent intelligence with success engaging passive candidates.
• Experience supporting technology, product, or sales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent consultative communication and ability to translate market insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for complex, high-impact roles across assigned business areas.
• Candidate Identification, Engagement, and Assessment: Create personalized outreach and screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Talent Market Intelligence and Advisory: Track competitor hiring activity and market trends to advise on sourcing strategy and pipeline health.
• Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with TA Partners, hiring managers, and HR to understand role requirements and provide clear updates.
• Analytics, Tools, and Process Excellence: Use analytics to refine sourcing strategies and stay current on AI-enabled research methods.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence.
