Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Sourcing Partner to build high-quality, diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across CCC's tech and business areas. The role operates as a market expert and consultative advisor, using advanced sourcing methods and data-driven insights.

Location preference is Chicago area with a hybrid schedule, including in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will engage passive talent and partner with TA partners to shape recruiting strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, talent intelligence, or executive search.
• Experience supporting technology, product, or complex business areas.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and pipeline management.
• Strong consultative communication to translate market insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for complex roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market research and direct outreach.
• Identify and nurture passive talent ahead of demand.
• Create personalized outreach reflecting CCC's employer value.
• Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
