Job summary

TruStage is seeking a strategic recruiter to lead Executive Recruiting (Director level and above) and support Talent Acquisition for the Technology organization. You will develop sourcing strategies, mentor TA Consultants, and lead recruiting programs across software engineering, cybersecurity, data, analytics, architecture and AI.

You will partner with technology leaders, build talent pipelines, and manage complex recruitment projects with a focus on experience, inclusion, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of specialized expertise in talent acquisition with a track record of results.
• Deep experience recruiting for technology and digital roles including software engineering, cybersecurity, data & analytics, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, AI, product management, and tech leadership.
• Experience partnering with technology executives and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop position profiles, specs and sourcing strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process including attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection and acquisition strategies for high-quality candidates.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle and promote TruStage as an inclusive employer brand.
