Qualifications

• Organized and self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Interested in healthcare technology and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and painless customer support via email and occasionally by phone.
• Troubleshoot potential bugs and document feature requests.
• Analyze customer data and help customers get started with the product.
• Collaborate with team to elevate the voice of the customer at Healthie.
