Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or similar roles within a SaaS business.
Experience in healthcare technology or electronic health record platforms is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills across SSO, billing, web browsers, and logs.
Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, customer-focused language.
Experience managing support queues and prioritizing requests.
Proactive, independent problem-solving in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support primarily via email, with occasional phone contact.
Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate bugs, and analyze logs to identify root causes.
