Desert Oasis Healthcare is seeking an IT professional to assist in the design, deployment, and support of LAN/WAN infrastructure across DOHC sites. You will install and repair PCs, printers, switches and networking gear, provide user support, and maintain inventory and documentation.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong technical knowledge, and excellent customer service. A California driver’s license is required; remote/hybrid work may be available.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in hardware installation and repair.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Windows Networking, and Windows Operating Systems software.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of computers and peripherals.
• Good communication skills, detail oriented, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills.
• Current California drivers license and proof of insurance.
• Potential to be a full or hybrid telecommuting position.

Mansioni

• Assist in design, implementation, configuration, and administration of the LAN/WAN.
• Assist in install, repair, maintenance and upgrade of PCs, printers, switches, cabling and peripherals.
• Provide user support for network applications locally on the PC and servers.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining and supporting all contracted sites.
• Maintain accurate software and hardware tracking logs for all support given.
• Provide primary hardware support for all staff.
