Job summary

Verizon is seeking a motivated sales professional to identify, cultivate, and close business opportunities. You will consult with customers, prospect for new accounts, and expand existing relationships, leveraging technology and solutions to deliver measurable business value.

You will travel within your geographic territory, build executive-level relationships, and drive revenue through a combination of base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in prospecting and negotiation.
• Willingness to work in a mobile role with travel within territory (up to ~50%).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads within territory to drive sales through cold-calling, partner-selling and lead-generation campaigns.
• Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with support partners to educate customers about innovative business solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and present multi-product solutions.
