Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Labor Planning Tech SME space to collaborate with software teams and drive adoption of changes across AMZL. The role involves coordinating with Safety, Quality, Learning and DS teams, and frequent travel (~25%).

You will document requirements, prioritize enhancements, optimize SQL performance, and align initiatives with the ML system's capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Document and drive upcoming changes with the tech organization using BRDs to ensure integration with the current system.
Identify business risks and impacts that affect resource allocation and influence software design.
Prioritize software enhancements and serve as the interface with delivery stations to drive adoption.
Support process improvements and standardization across Amazon Logistics, focusing on ML system capabilities.
Provide metrics inputs to ensure standard work, cost and quality targets are met.
Analyze SQL queries to improve performance and optimize the system.
Collaborate across Safety, Quality, Learning and Operations Engineering to scale the ML system.
Provide regular updates to Tech SME leadership on progress and impact.
