Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager in the Labor Planning Tech SME space to drive initiatives within AMZL. You will partner with software teams to optimize delivery processes, manage changes, and enable machine learning enhancements across the network.

The role requires strong program management experience, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across Safety, Quality, Learning, and Operations teams. Occasional travel and a focus on standardization are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and drive upcoming changes with tech org using BRDs.
• Identify business risk and impact on resource allocation; advise on software design.
• Prioritize software enhancements and drive adoption with delivery stations.
• Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across AMZL.
• Provide metrics inputs to support compliance with standard work and cost/quality improvements.
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and optimize.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Learning, Operations Engineering, and DS teams to drive standardization and ML system effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates to Tech SME leadership on progress and impact.
