Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Operations Engineer to own the AMZL process roadmap and drive the next generation of delivery station innovations from concept to rollout.

You will partner with Worldwide Engineering, Last Mile Delivery, and Operations to deliver high-impact automation programs, manage cross-functional projects, and present updates to senior leadership; travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
• 8+ years in roles like Project/Process/Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience developing and designing equipment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out features for AMZL Delivery Stations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech and Operations to build products.
• Identify programs to onboard and integrate.
• Lead product execution with discipline and cross-functional teams.
• Present concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership; maintain milestones.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Master's degree in engineering, or MBA/management/tech
