Job summary

Devsu, a fast-growing software nearshore and U.S.-based delivery leader, is expanding its Growth Team with a Senior Account Manager focused on strategic client relationships and revenue expansion.

You will own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, drive upsell and retention, and partner with Delivery, Operations, and Marketing to deliver outcomes while shaping scalable account management playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management in technology services, digital transformation, or software consulting.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding growth and retention goals.
• Experience managing a $2M+ book of business with revenue expansion.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Maintain retention and satisfaction and prevent churn.
• Develop strategic account plans and success roadmaps aligned with KPIs.
• Lead renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Operations, and Marketing to ensure outcomes.
