Job summary

Job Juncture represents a privately held OEM heavy equipment manufacturer seeking a Technical Service & Warranty Manager. Based in Duluth, MN, this on-site role oversees technical support, warranty processing, field service scheduling, and hydraulic diagnostics training.

You will lead a small team, partner with engineering, deliver hands-on training to up to 30 technicians, and travel minimally for trade shows. Requirements include 5+ years in hydraulic mobile equipment, U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydraulic mobile equipment technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic/electrical schematics with diagnostic tools.
• Associate degree or hydraulic certification or equivalent mechanical field experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with training ability to mentor teams.
• Solid, progressive employment history with multi-year tenures.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary technical authority for customer support, warranty processing, and field service scheduling.
• Communicate machine performance data with engineering, product support, and sales teams.
• Oversee warranty claims and maintain the central service database.
