H. T. PROF Group in the Duluth, MN area is seeking a Technical Service & Warranty Manager for OEM heavy equipment. This direct-hire, on-site role focuses on technical leadership, warranty processing, and field training within a modern manufacturing setting.

You will oversee warranty claims, coordinate with engineering and sales, and deliver hands-on training for up to 30 technicians and dealer reps. Requires 5+ years hydraulic diagnostics and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile heavy equipment hydraulic diagnostic experience.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and training skills with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Support: primary technical point person for internal field technicians, global dealers, and end-user customers resolving complex hydraulic and mechanical issues.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: collaborate with engineering, product support, and sales to share performance data and design enhancements.
• Service & Warranty Management: oversee warranty claim processing and the master field service scheduling calendar.
• Technical Training Delivery: develop repair procedures and conduct training for up to 30 technicians, dealer reps, or customers.
• Field Immersion & Trade Shows: complete initial field immersion with light travel ~3 weeks/year for major trade shows.
