You will engage customers in the food service and packaging markets, support trials, and work with cross-functional teams to craft technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• >5 years' experience in injection molding and extrusion, and other conversion technologies particularly in biodegradable materials.
• >50% travel while working.
• Knowledge of markets and convertors associated with biodegradable food service.
• Strong existing relationship with convertors in biodegradable markets.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate across functional teams.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-precision data collection.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer trials and evaluations.
• Understand the customer's demands and challenges.
• Help develop technical information for customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology and Quality Assurance to develop technical strategies and solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in feed technology.
• Provide technical content for product presentations, leaflets and brochures to support sales.
