Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group seeks a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Austin office and own the growth of our US technology recruitment business. You will lead the full 360 lifecycle, from winning new business to sourcing and placing candidates, with the aim of building and eventually leading a dedicated technology desk.

You will develop client relationships across software, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI and cybersecurity markets, delivering both contract and permanent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 or Client Side 180 Technology Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in business development and billing.
• Ability to win clients, develop accounts and deliver placements independently.
• Experience in contract, permanent or both recruitment markets.
• Strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Confidence and ambition to build a business within a business.
• Wants greater ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and relationships with technology clients across the US.
• Manage full 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to candidate placement.
• Deliver both contract and permanent solutions.
• Build a specialist market presence in Software, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI and Cybersecurity.
• Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Take ownership of desk performance, strategy and growth.
• Build and lead your own recruitment team as the division grows.
