Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience and ability to source niche talent.
• Comfortable selling to C-level and HR leaders.
• Strong networking and relationship-building in the US market.
• Willing to relocate to Austin and work from the office.

Responsibilities

• Regular high-volume phone and video-based sales.
• Pre-qualified face-to-face client visits.
• Develop partnerships with startups to blue-chip tech firms.
• Represent PROJECTUS as the preferred search partner and drive talent acquisition at scale.
• Network daily to headhunt world-class talent.
