Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group seeks a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Austin office and own the growth of our US technology recruitment business. You will lead the full 360 lifecycle, from winning new business to sourcing and placing candidates, with the aim of building and eventually leading a dedicated technology desk.

You will develop client relationships across software, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI and cybersecurity markets, delivering both contract and permanent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 or Client Side 180 Technology Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in business development and billing.
• Ability to win clients, develop accounts and deliver placements independently.
• Experience in contract, permanent or both recruitment markets.
• Strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Confidence and ambition to build a business within a business.
• Wants greater ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

Certus Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Austin office and take ownership of growing our US technology recruitment business.

This is more than a billing recruitment role. It's an opportunity to build, develop and ultimately lead our Technology Recruitment Division, with the backing, infrastructure and international reach of an established recruitment group.

The Opportunity

You'll have the freedom to develop your own client base, build lasting relationships and deliver recruitment solutions across both contract and permanent technology markets.

You'll own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and winning new business through to sourcing, managing and placing candidates.

As your desk grows, so does your opportunity. We want someone with the ambition to build a successful division, recruit consultants into their team and take responsibility for its continued growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing new business and building relationships with technology clients across the US.
