Job summary

ShopMy, a fast-growing unicorn, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Talent Acquisition for Product, Engineering, and Design. You will own end-to-end hiring, shape strategy with leadership, and design scalable recruiting systems in a competitive market.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to understand needs, raise the bar on talent, and build a high-impact function from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and offers equity along with cash

Qualifications

• Proven track record hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design in fast-paced settings.
• Strong talent judgment and ability to raise the bar.
• Familiarity with technical domains and credible engagement with Engineering, Product, and Design candidates.
• Extensive network within Engineering, Product, and Design talent markets.
• High ownership and accountability for end-to-end hiring outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and persistence in reaching passive candidates.
• Data-driven mindset; uses metrics to improve processes.
• Strong sense of urgency without compromising quality.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and recruiting tools.
• Alignment with a high-performance, builder-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design from intake to close.
• Define hiring strategy, headcount planning, and role scoping with leadership.
• Develop proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and outreach to attract top technical talent.
• Refine recruiting processes for speed, rigor, and candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market dynamics, compensation, and calibration.
• Maintain high-quality assessments and interview practices.
• Build and lead a small, high-performing technical recruiting team.
• Create reporting and pipelines to reveal hiring performance and bottlenecks.
