You will manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers, drive creative sourcing, guide offers, maintain ATS, and promote a diverse, inclusive team aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, proactive and capable of solving talent puzzles.
• Passionate about recruiting and building exceptional teams.
• Organized with excellent time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Data-driven with experience weekly pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including negotiation and closing of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand roles and build structured processes and job descriptions.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies across channels, including internal referrals.
• Lead the offer process and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain ATS data quality and provide transparent recruiting reports.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive team environment and uphold company values.
