• Experience in corporate recruiting—full lifecycle, research, and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables: write descriptions, source pipelines, promote Capital One’s talent brand, screen candidates, advise partners, and negotiate offers.
• Candidate management: develop sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, guiding candidates from identification to offer.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to foster inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion across functions.
• Use recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates via search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative methods.
