Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join our Tech Recruiting Team in the United States. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, source top talent, and advise business partners to improve the recruiting experience.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate recruiting—full lifecycle, research, and sourcing.
Experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and building strong working relationships.
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using innovative techniques to attract diverse talent.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs.
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables: write descriptions, source pipelines, promote Capital One’s talent brand, screen candidates, advise partners, and negotiate offers.
Candidate management: develop sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, guiding candidates from identification to offer.
Collaborate with a team of recruiters to foster inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion across functions.
Use recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
Source stellar candidates via search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative methods.
