CLEAR is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive growth across engineering, product, and security teams. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless, data-driven recruiting experience that attracts top technical talent.

In this role, you will source passive candidates, leverage AI and market insights, and continuously improve processes to elevate CLEAR’s talent brand and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, product, and security roles.
• Proven ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven strategies in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on impact.
• Be a talent market expert using AI, data, and industry insights to guide decisions.
• Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill roles and engage them effectively.
• Advocate for candidates and business to drive win-win outcomes.
