You will partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies aligned with aggressive growth timelines and national security priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for defense technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and org structures.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels.
• Drive full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes and tools.
• Advise on talent market trends and compensation benchmarking.
• Represent Mach Industries at events and university partnerships.
