Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to accelerate growth in engineering, product, and security. You’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand hiring needs, apply AI-driven sourcing, and build diverse candidate slates for critical roles.

You’ll own candidate experience, measure outcomes (quality of hire, time-to-fill, offers), and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand. This NYC-based role carries a 5-day in-office expectation with strong total rewards.

What you’ll do:

• Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our product and company goals
• Use AI, data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions
• Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles
• Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes
• Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brand

How success is measured:

• Quality of hire, sourcing, and candidate experience metrics
• Time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and number of hires
• Strong partnerships across the business

What you’re great at:

• 6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security roles
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, Claude and other AI enabled tools
• Metrics aren’t just numbers to you — they’re the roadmap to success
• You’re a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidates
• High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity
• You know the value of delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
