Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients. This remote role focuses on high-touch candidate relationships and expert recruiting processes, from sourcing to presenting to clients.

The Senior Recruiter will act as an expert on ATS, sourcing methods, and recruitment process effectiveness, handling multi-channel sourcing and client communications across on-site or off-site environments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of technology recruiting experience.
• Five+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles.
• Engage with clients promptly and professionally to manage expectations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the process.
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and presentation to clients.
