Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (remote) to lead day-to-day operations of a customized RPO for our industrial client. You will partner with client leadership to ensure outcomes align with project goals and quality standards.

You will manage search requests, define metrics, and guide recruiters through scalable sourcing, SLA/SOW compliance, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in talent acquisition leadership.
• Experience with technical/engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and SLAs/SOW.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project work plans for the RPO solution.
• Define and communicate recruitment requirements, reporting structure, and interview processes.
• Lead sourcing strategies and ensure high-quality candidate delivery.
• Enforce staffing methodology, review deliverables, and manage risks.
• Prepare client reviews and manage project communication with senior management.
• Monitor hours and expenses, support scope changes and new opportunities.
